Meet David Growth Leader & Managing Partner
David Pullon is a move the needle sales trainer, leadership coach, and talent recognition expert with over twenty years in the real estate and fractional ownership industries. His leadership approach is high in sales aptitude, fun and interactive as he understands effective training lives on through effective execution. He is a skillful sales and marketing leader whose areas ofexpertise include the short and long term sales cycle, recruitment and selection, sales and marketing leadership, the sales process, training delivery and training execution.
David understands that leaders have the task of getting others to follow when they have the option not to, leaders must raise others ambition! He promotes a mutual transfer of knowledge by collaborating with every organization to create a development program that brings all employees to a higher level so they feel connected with the organization which increases their motivation to work and boosts their overall performance. It is a continuous process.
David earned his B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia and started in the fractional and residential ownership division of The Marriott and The Ritz Carlton corporations, quickly moving his teams into national recognition and producing millions in annual sales. He learned from leaders early on to “take care of your associates, and they’ll take care of your customers, and they’ll take care of the bottom line”. He strives to reward, recognize and continually develop others and brings that growth mindset into each leadership role.
Originally from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, David traveled around the world twice, ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, swam from Alcatraz in the San Francisco Bay, and lived in nine states. He now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and three children, making all his other achievements pale in comparison.
